USB setup

1. Connect the 838-13683 board by USB. If no board is detected, select Sega JVS / NAOMI (WinUSB).
2. Use the app’s driver prompt to open Zadig. In Options → List All Devices, identify the board; the installer targets VID 0000 / PID 0001 and notes it may appear as RESET_FAILURE or an unknown device.
3. Select WinUSB and install or replace the driver for the identified I/O board. Close Zadig and return to the app.

Confirm the device

1. Match the board and device identity before changing a driver; do not select an unrelated USB device with a similar name. If uncertain, stop and ask in Discord with the board model and Device Manager details.
2. Once detected, check the controls and use the calibration page. If still absent, reconnect the board and restart the app.
