USB and cabinet type

1. Connect the 835-15257 board by USB. It is a standard HID device, VID 0CA3 / PID 0021; no extra driver is required.
2. Launch the app and open Sega IO4 Settings if the automatically selected cabinet type does not match your wheel, gun or button cabinet.
3. Test the inputs and calibrate the available controls.

Force feedback and accessories

1. For a wheel cabinet using the 838-15069 motor board, enable force feedback and set its Motor port in Sega IO4 Settings. The motor connection runs at 38400 baud.
2. Supported accessories include the 837-15070 LED driver, 837-15093 RGB strips, 200-6275 scrolling marquee and 838-15415 readout panel. These are separate devices; check your cabinet’s fitted hardware.

No board detected

1. Confirm the USB hardware ID, try another USB cable or port, then reconnect or reboot. Do not replace the standard HID driver with WinUSB.
