Connect and detect
- Connect the Nytric USB I/O board to your PC. It uses standard USB HID, so no special board driver is required.
- Launch the app. If not detected, choose Global VR / Nytric to see the connection checks. The startup instructions identify the USB vendor as
VID 0483. - Check the board’s options for your driving or trackball configuration, then test the controls and calibrate the available axes.
Choose the right Carbon board
- Need for Speed Carbon upgrade cabinets use Nytric. Dedicated Carbon cabinets use the GVR I/O Mini and have a separate guide.
- If the board is missing, check USB in Device Manager, try a different cable or port and restart.
